Fans Are Trolling Ravi Shastri After Team India’s Defeat In 2nd ODI: After taking team India to cleaners in the second ODI, the Australian cricket team has taken an amazing lead against India in the 3 match ODI series. Though the Men in Blue performed better today than the first ODI, however, they couldn’t take the team to victory.

The Australian batsmen smashed the Indian bowling department to the cleaners and posted a target of 390 runs for India. Chasing the target, Shikhar Dhawan and Mayank Agarwal raced to a 50-run partnership in the first 6 overs. However, both the openers fainted in the powerplay only and went back to the pavilion after scoring 30 and 28 runs respectively.

Team India skipper Virat Kohli was finally able to break the Sydney Jinx as he scored an 87-ball 89 but fell short of 11 runs to score his 71st international century. Later, KL Rahul and Hardik Pandya kept the hunt alive as they added some runs briskly. Later, Ravindra Jadeja too contributed a few runs, but the required run-rate had dropped by then.

However, Virat Kohli and the company failed to chase down the gigantic target of 390 runs as team India lost the game to 51 runs.

Following the defeat, the Indian skipper Virat Kohli has come under the scanner of criticism and trolling as team India has now lost 6 out of 8 ODIs, under Kohli’s captaincy, played in 2020.

Fans are trolling Ravi Shastri left, right, and center after team India flopped during the game. While there were many who came up with hilarious memes, but on the other hand, many suggested that it’s high time that the Kohli-Shastri tie-up comes to an end.
