Sporting tournaments and events around the world have either been suspended or postponed because of the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic. Cricketers just like the rest of us are advised to stay at home as much as possible and follow all the preventive measures.
From the Indian Premier League, Pakistan Super League, to many bilateral series, many cricket tournaments have come to standstill because of the pandemic. New Zealand pacer Mitchell McClenaghan, who was playing for the Karachi Kings in Pakistan Super League’s 2020 season, has also reached his home before his country decided to close their borders.
Mitchell McClenaghan big goodbye to the Pakistan Super League and joined the other 15 cricketers who were headed to their home. Only one knock was left in the conclusion of PSL, however, that was called-off.
After reaching his home, Mitchell was asked to remain in self-quarantine for 14 days as per procedure on return to New Zealand. Now making most of his time in quarantine, Mitchell took to his social media and hosted an interesting question and answer session on Twitter. However, before he started taking questions from everyone, Mitchell asked everyone to not ask him questions like who is your favorite Indian cricketer as he revealed the name himself and it was none other than the ‘Hitman’ Sharma of cricketing world – Rohit Sharma.
Starting the #Askmitch session on Twitter, Mitchell wrote:
“Alright will give #askmitch a crack. No shit questions like who’s your favourite Indian player – you know it’s @ImRo45″

Soon his tweet was flooded with questions from fans from all around. Amid many a twitter user asked him about his favorite player from the Chennai Super Kings, to which he named ‘Harbhajan Singh’ as his favorite CSK player. Harbhajan and Mitchell have played together in the same team for quite a few years for Mumbai Indians.

Another Twitter user asked him to say a few words about MS Dhoni. To which the cricketer replied that he would rather not want to bowl to MS Dhoni.
