Team India is currently in New Zealand and is gearing up for the upcoming two-match Test series against New Zealand that will kickstart from 21st February. Ahead of the series, the Indian opener Mayank Agarwal celebrated his 29th birthday in a grand manner by smashing an 82 in the second innings of the ongoing three-day practice match against the Kiwis on Sunday.
He smashed four sizes during his knock — two each from New Zealand’s Ish Sodhi and off-spinner Henry Cooper. The practice match was called off an hour after the lunch with India reaching 252 runs in just 48 overs.
Meanwhile wishes poured in for Mayank Agarwal on social media. His friend and teammate, KL Rahul, who is currently in a great form, also took to his Twitter and posted a cheeky birthday wish for Mayank Agarwal.
KL Rahul and Mayank Agarwal share a great bond with each other. Both the cricketers have been planning alongside each other for Karnataka from their teenage days. Mocking Mayank for not being as innocent as his smile makes him look like, KL Rahul wrote:
“Happy birthday my brother. Wishing you nothing but the best. @mayankcricket Hope you are actually as innocent as your smile in the next year. ? #bromance”

Here, check out the Tweet of KL Rahul:

Mayank Agarwal was quick to notice the Tweet and come up with a reply. Mayank came up with a funny reply to KL Rahul’s tweet claiming that his attitude qualifies him for a perfect big brother to him. He wrote:

“Now that’s the attitude that qualifies yous to a B brother
