Ben Stokes is one of the most popular cricketers in world cricket. He is a brilliant all-rounder and his ‘never say die attitude’ on the field is loved by cricket fans across the world. In the last couple of years, Ben Stokes has played outstanding cricket and helped England in winning matches, across all three formats of the game.

In the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019, Stokes played a crucial for England and helped them win their maiden ICC Cricket World Cup trophy, that too in their own backyard. It would be fair to say that Ben Stokes is the best all-rounder in world cricket across all three formats of the game, and that too by a big margin.

Apart from his cricketing skills, Stokes is also very popular among fans for his funny posts on social media website Twitter. Stokes keeps interacting with his fans through his Twitter account and they all are big admirers of his sense of humor. On Monday, ESPNcricinfo posted a picture of Virat Kohli and asked their followers to write an apt caption.

Here’s the picture ESPNcricinfo posted:

And here’s how fans reacted:

But the best reaction came from Ben Stokes, who quoted ESPNcricinfo’s tweet and replied in his trademark funny style. Virat Kohli’s use of a certain cuss word in Hindi, which bears similarities to the pronunciation of Ben Stokes’ name, and Indian cricket fans like to tease the English all-rounder citing the similarity.
