On Sunday, David Warner turned the game at the Adelaide Oval into a blockbuster show, as he smashed his maiden triple hundred in Test cricket against Pakistan in the second Test.
David Warner’s triple hundred was the 4th fastest triple hundred ever in the history of Test cricket. It was also the highest individual score at the Adelaide Oval. He shattered the record of Don Bradman, who scored 299 in the Adelaide Oval.
It was an absolute eye treat for the fans to watch David Warner give such a stunning performance, especially after that sandpaper scandal in Cape Town, that saw both David Warner and Steve Smith end up in tears after being handed a one-year ban. From being hounded by his criticizers, being abused by the fans of this game to even being predicted that the Southpaw will never play again, David Warner has come a long way.
And in this journey his wife, Candice Warner was there with him. As the crowd cheered and applauded for the Southpaw celebrating after racking up his maiden triple century at the Adelaide Oval, Candice Warner was spotted shedding tears of happiness.
