VIDEO: MS Dhoni’s ‘Angry Look’ Scares Axar Patel

MS Dhoni is one of the coolest and calmest cricketers ever. He plays the game in the most dignified and gentlemanly manner and this is why he is one of the most respected cricketers in the world.

Dhoni’s cool and calm behaviour on the field earned him the title of ‘captain cool’. He knows how to keep a check on his emotions and very rarely gets too excited on the field.

However, in the fourth match of the ongoing ODI series against Australia, MS Dhoni was not happy with Axar Patel’s fielding and gave him the look which he would remember for a very long time.

It was in the 45th over of the Australian innings when India’s fast bowler Mohammed Shami caught Travis Head right in front of the stumps but the umpire didn’t give it out and the ball went towards the third-man. Axar Patel, who was stationed at the sweeper cover, failed to make an attempt to save the single as he was simply watching the fine leg fielder tackling the ball.

This made MS Dhoni very angry and he gave a ‘good’ look to Axar Patel and told him to be more alert in the field. Usually, Dhoni doesn’t let his anger tell a story, but it was one of those ‘rare’ days for Axar when he was at the receiving end of MS Dhoni’s anger.

Had it been some other player, it would have been a normal moment. But, because it was Dhoni, it’s now a news and fans on social media are sharing this video on Facebook and Twitter.

MS Dhoni is one of the greatest ambassadors of the game. His contribution to Indian cricket is immense and the way he has worked towards developing new talents is exemplary.

P.S. We are sure Axar Patel will be more attentive in the field, next time.
