After Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s decision to ban Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes in India, the entire nation has come to standstill and people are queuing outside banks to get new currency in exchange of the old 500 and 1000 rupees notes. While the majority of the population has welcomed the decision and are supporting Narendra Modi in his fight against corruption, there is a section of people motivated by other political parties that are against this move and want PM Modi to take this decision back. Suddenly, Rs 100 notes in India have become of great value and people are ready to give some part of their old notes to get 100 rupees notes in return.

In other news, India’s Test skipper Virat Kohli scored yet another international hundred in the second Test of the ongoing 5-match series between India and England.

Sanket Jack, as always, takes a funny look at this and compares Virat Kohli’s 100 with Narendra Modi’s demonetisation policy.
