Sanjay Manjrekar’s Distasteful Remark Over Deepak Chahar Can Spark Severe Debate Over His Recent Decline

The fans recently stirred up to some woeful commentary from Dinesh Karthik when the Nidahas Trophy hero for India made a sexist remark and couldn’t justify it.

With the embers still flying ablaze, Sanjay Manjrekar once again dragged the entire fraternity of story-tellers to mortification with an obnoxious jibe over Deepak Chahar.

For some weird reason commentators have somehow fallen short of their art of stitching together tales of heroism with a few glorious words and instead have resorted to a few low blows in terms of boxing.

Failing to clarify the thin line of demarcation between being ugly and belting out those stinging puns, commentators are slowly entering into a receding tailspin of decadence.

With India taking an early hammering before the Indian bowlers pulling things back later in the game, Sri Lanka looked poised to impose a severe total upon India.

However, a spirited performance from Kuldeep Yadav, Yuzi Chahal and Deepak Chahar pegged Sri Lanka back.

Chahar was the pick of the lot with figures of 7-0-37-2. Chahar got the better of Hasaranga and Asalanka with a couple of absolute peaches.

Sadly, the words that Manjrekar could stitch to describe this performance were, “Deepak Chahar not only Good looking but he is good bowler as well.”

Chahar has already posted a couple of rock-solid performances in the currently-held IPL, surging CSK to the top.

Manjrekar has already been grabbing the limelight for all the wrong reasons as his war of words with Jadeja hasn’t done him a world of good.

This recent remark will make situations woeful for the Indian commentator and analyst as today’s generation doesn’t digest these woeful remarks easily.
