SunRisers Hyderabad recorded a comfortable win against Kolkata Knight Riders, all thanks to the batting heroics of Rahul Tripathi.
Walking out to bat at number 3, after the team had already suffered two early blows in the form of skipper Kane Williamson and Abhishek Sharma’s wickets, Rahul formed a formidable partnership with Aiden Markram. Together they added 94 runs for the third wicket.

Tripathi played a stellar knock of 71 runs off 37 balls, registering his eighth half-century in the Indian Premier League. His stunning knock was laced with 4 fours and 6 sixes.
Meanwhile, the cricketer has been receiving praises from all corners for his terrific performance with the bat. Among many, former Indian cricketer Mohammad Kaif also joined the bandwagon and penned a beautiful tweet for Rahul.
