Hardik Pandya Wrote A Beautiful Tweet For His ‘Brother’ Kieron Pollard: MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings put on display their batting masterclass in the match against Mumbai Indians last night, however, it was the performance of big-hitter Kieron Pollard that stole the show and also the game from CSK.
Chasing a target of 218 runs, MI started on a bright note, however, they stuttered to 81 for 3, but Kieron Pollard with the support from the Pandya brothers – Krunal Pandya (32 off 23) and Hardik Pandya (16 off 7) – helped Mumbai Indians turn the table and steal the game from CSK.
The West Indian big-hitter was seen in his best form as he took the CSK bowlers to cleaners and rained sixes and fours at the Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium in Delhi. He produced one of the greatest-ever knocks in one of the best T20 games of all times by smashing 34-ball 87, smashing 6 fours and 8 sixes during his knock.
Meanwhile, people on social media went berserk after the powerful performance from Kieron Pollard. From cricketers to fans, everyone took to their social media to hail the terrific performance by Pollard.
Among many, his teammate Hardik Pandya also took to his Twitter and wrote a beautiful tweet for him. In his tweet, Hardik shared a few pictures from the match and hailed the brilliance of Pollard by calling him inspirational, legend, and GOAT. He also expressed that he is proud of him. He wrote:
