Former India captain Virat Kohli’s wife, Anushka Sharma, has been again left furious and disappointed by one media house after the publication uploaded the pictures of Vamika, Kohli and Anushka’s daughter, despite being regularly asked not to.
One of the major media houses clicked Vamika’s photo at the Kalina airport when the family returned from their vacation and uploaded the picture on their Instagram earlier this week.

Anushka Sharma slams publication for sharing Vamika’s photo

Soon after the publication uploaded the family’s photo, including 17-month-old Vamika, the Bollywood actress stormed into their comment section and slammed them.
Anushka commented, “Seems like times group knows what’s better for kids than their parents themselves as they can’t stop clicking and posting photos despite being requested repeatedly. Learn something from other media houses and paparazzi.”

This is not the first time Anushka and Kohli have reacted strongly against her daughter’s pictures being posted on social media.
Not the first time Vamika’s pictures have been viral on social media
Earlier in the year, when Kohli brought up his milestone in the Cape Town ODI, Anushka Sharma and Vamika were seen clapping in the stands and the camera panned on them as the world got the first look at Vamika.
The images soon went viral and the next day both Kohli and Anushka took to their Instagram to urge everyone to not share Vamika’s photos.
Their statement then read: “Hi guys! We realise that our daughter’s images were captured at the stadium yesterday and widely shared thereafter. We want to inform everyone that we were caught off guard and didn’t know that the camera was on us. Our stance and request on the matter stays the same. We would really appreciate if Vamika’s images are not clicked/published for reasons we have explained earlier.”
Speaking about Kohli, the former captain has flown to England on June 16 for the all-format tour, which kicks off with a practice game on June 24. The Edgbaston Test, part of the unfinished series from last year, will start on July 1.
