As there were political issues going on in the state, Chennai Super Kings had to play all their home games at the Maharashtra Cricket (MCA) Stadium in Pune, as per the decision of BCCI.
Recently, Dhoni shared a very emotional message for the people of Pune by thanking them for making the team feel like home. Now, MS Dhoni’s another gesture has won our hearts.

After winning the last match on the grounds of Pune by beating KXIP, Dhoni presented the the Pune groundsmen with a cheque worth INR 20,000. Alongwith that, the staff members also received the framed photograph from the Captain Cool himself.
Before the game started a source revealed:
“Dhoni will meet the groundsmen at the end of the game tonight and gift them Rs 20,000 each and also give them a photo with the CSK skipper that has been framed for each and every groundsmen. They did a great job and their effort needs to be duly rewarded.”
