MS Dhoni has been in red hot form in the ongoing season of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2018). Before the start of IPL 2018, a section of fans and media were of the view that this will be his last season in the IPL because he had a horrid time the last time around and he wasn’t at his ‘hitting best’.

But MS Dhoni, being the legend he is, has turned the table around and now many are saying that they haven’t seen him bat as well as he is batting in IPL 2018, in a very long time.
In fact, Pommie Mbangwa said on-air, during the match between CSK and RCB, that he has not seen MS Dhoni bat better than this in IPL history. And this speaks volumes about the effort the CSK skipper has been putting in.
MS Dhoni is one of the leading run scorers in the tournament and his strike rate is way above than his career strike rate. He is looking very calm and composed in the middle and destroying bowling attacks at will.
In the match against RCB on Saturday, MS Dhoni once again rescued CSK with his brilliant batting. CSK were chasing a modest total but due to some good bowling by RCB, CSK were put in a spot of bother.
But, Dhoni steadied the ship and made things look very easy at the end. He kept his cool and smashed boundaries at regular intervals. After DJ Bravo scored the winning run, a fan came running all the way from the stands to the middle, and fell on Dhoni’s feet to show hs respect for the legend.
