Openers: Surya Kumar Yadav and Chris Gayle
Mumbai Indians’ new young “uncapped” recruit Surya Kumar Yadav has been one of the finds of the season so far. He has been in outstanding form and scored ?? runs in ?? matches for Mumbai.
Chris Gayle was ignored by all the franchises in the opening round of the auctions. However, he has later picked by Kings XI Punjab as their mentor Virender Sehwag wanted Gayle in the squad. Gayle has squad 229 runs in 3 matches for Punjab.
Middle order: KL Rahul, Sanju Samson, Rishabh Pant, AB de Villiers
KL Rahul has been in outstanding form in IPL 2018. He has been the dasher for KXIP at the top of the order with Chris Gayle. He has scored 236 runs in 6 matches.
Sanju Samson is the leading run scorer of IPL 2018 so far. He has been in good form for Rajasthan Royals and has scored 239 runs in 6 matches.
Rishabh Pant is one of the most exciting young batsmen in India. He is a special pick in this playing XI because of his outstanding innings against the RCB in Bangalore.
No “all star” T20 team can be completed without AB de Villiers. He is the star batsman of IPL and his innings against Delhi is, arguably, the best of IPL 2018.
All Rounders: Andre Russell, Krunal Pandya
Andre Russell is the HITMAN of IPL 2018. He has been hitting the ball very well and entertaining the fans with his mighty sixes.
Bowlers: Mayank Markande, Siddharth Kaul, Trent Boult
Siddharth Kaul is another Indian cricketer who has impressed us with his performances. Kaul has been the key breaker for SRH and he has worked very hard on his speed and fitness.
