The season is turning out to be a nightmare for the players of Mumbai Indians. Mumbai Indians, who have won the title of IPL three times previously have only won a single match out of the five matches they have played till now.
Tonight,Mumbai Indians is playing it’s sixth match of the season against Sunrisers Hyderabad in the ongoing match and that too at the home ground. Mumbai Indians badly needs to win the match in order to qualify for the playoffs.
Before the match started, Mumbai Indians won the toss and chose to bowl first. They seems to be very much in form today as they made it very hard for the players of Sunrisers Hyderabad to score a huge number. They took all the wickets of the team and the players of SRH could only score a total of 118 in 18.4 overs.
In the first innings, Mitch McClenaghan started the first innings with a bang by taking the wickets of Shikhar Dhawan and Wriddhiman Saha, in the second over of the match.Shikhar Dhawan scored only 5 runs in 6 balls whereas Wriddhiman Saha scored 0 runs in 2 balls.
After a few overs, Hardik Pandya took another big wicket of Manish Pandey, who scored 16 runs in 11 balls. In the very next over, SRH got the biggest shock, when Shakib Al Hasan was sent back to pavilion after his run-out, scoring only 2 runs in 4 balls.
Yusuf Pathan and Kane Williamson are the only two players who could score 29 runs (each), tonight. The rest of the players went back to pavilion scoring only a few runs.

Manish Pandey said in South Africa that he “needs to do more with opportunities given”. About two months later, that statement still holds true. #MIvSRH #IPL2018
