Kolkata Knight Riders won their third match last night beating Rajasthan Royals, who were playing the match at home ground, Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur.
Dinesh Karthik, the captain of Kolkata Knight Riders won toss and chose to bowl first. Rajasthan Royals gave them the target of 160 runs.Not just with thrilling batting skills but with exceptional bowling and fielding, Kolkata Knight Riders won the match by 7 wickets.
Rajasthan Royals got off to bat with a cautious start with the openers Ajinkya Rahane and D’Arcy Short. The captain of Rajasthan Royals, Ajinkya Rahane scored 36 runs in 19 balls.
Nitish Rana, the young bowler of Kolkata Knight Riders contributed a lot to the win today by taking two big wickets of Ajinkya Rahane and D’Arcy Short.
However, Dinesh Karthik dismissed Ajinkya Rahene with brilliantly hitting on the stumps. DK’s one glove was off quickly, which made it easier for him.
