Rajasthan Royals won the match that was held against Royal Challengers Bangalore on their own home ground at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. Both the team were in form and tried their best not to let the other team win.
RCB won the toss and chose to bowl first but however, Rajasthan Royals won the match and that too with 19 runs.
In the first innings, Rajasthan Royals team played exceptionally well and was able to score 217 runs. The captain of Rajasthan Royals, Ajinkya Rahane,scored 36 runs in 20 balls including 6 fours and 1 six with the strike rate of 180. Jos Buttler scored 23 runs in 14 balls.
Sanju Samson remained unbeaten at 92 runs in 45 balls with the strike rate of 204. He gave one thrilling performance by smashing 2 fours and 10 sixes. He smashed the ball to every corner of the stadium.
However the maximum height shot was not hit by Sanju Samson it was hit by Rahul Tripathi. Rahul Tripathi remained unbeaten at the score of 14 runs in only 5 balls including 1 four and 1 six.
That one six smashed by him was one stunning shot. He made room for the shot and smashed it so hard that the audience had to look for cover.

In the second innings, RCB gave their best but fell short of 19 runs and thus ended up loosing to Rajasthan Royals, which came very unexpected to RCB fans.
