Fast bowler of Indian cricket team, Mohammad Shami has been in a lot of news since his wife, Hasin Jahan accused him of having multiple extra-marital affairs. She also made allegations of match-fixing on Mohammad Shami which however were proved wrong soon after the investigations.
The last month was a very tough time for the Indian cricketer. However, Shami has resumed cricket but matters are still worst off-the field.
Hasin Jahan had filed another case on Tuesday, demanding a whopping amount from Shami every month. Shami’s wife has demanded Rs.10 Lakhs to run her home and Rs.5 Lakhs for the expenses of her daughter.
Hasin Jahan has claimed that Mohammad Shami is not at all showing any concern towards her and her child. She stated that since the separation Mohammad Shami has not given her any money. Talking about the same, her lawyer, Zakir Hussain said:
“This case is different from the one we had filed before the police. Shami had not paid a single penny to Jahan since she had raised the issue. He had given her a Rs 1 lakh cheque that later bounced. Now she has no money to pay for the monthly expenses.”
Zakir Khan also stated that as Shami makes a good amount of money from his cricket it should not be a problem for him to provide her wife and daughter with monthly money for maintenance.
Hasin Jahan also opened up about the same, she said:
“I am at a loss from all ends. I had been to Delhi to meet him and was there for seven days but I can never forget the way he behaved with me. He also met the daughter only once. Hence I demand the maintenance fee as he is not taking any of our responsibilities”.
On the other hand, Mohammad Shami is trying hard to earn all the respect and love back in the eyes of his fans with his performance in the ongoing Indian Premier League.
