Chennai Super kings and Kolkata Knight Riders locked their horns today at the Chepauk stadium. What a thrilling and nail biting match it was. This was by far the most interesting and excited matches of 11th season of IPL.
After a thrilling performance in the first matches respectively, both the teams were giving each other tough competition at the grounds.Almost everyone was in form and was delivering brilliant performances one after the other.
The Kolkata Knight Riders were at 89/5 when Andre Russell entered the ground and took it by storm. Andre Russell gave a jaw dropping performance.He remained unbeaten at 88 runs that he scored only in 36 deliveries with a four and 11 towering sixes, which included a 105 meter six as well.
Yes, the six was a 105 meter high. The ball was delivered by Dwayne Bravo, who missed his yorker by an inch but it worked in the favor of Andre Russell. The people who would witnessed that six live will always remember this match because of Russell’s smashing Bravo’s ball brutally.
