Watch : Azhar Ali’s Hilarious Run Out Has Left The Twitterati In Splits

Today, on day 3 of Test series battle between Pakistan and Australia, middle over batsman Azhar Ali has broke the internet, however, for all the hilarious reasons. He was run out in a bizarre fashion that has left everyone stunned and in splits.

Azhar Ali, who was batting on 64, edged a delivery past gully on the drive, and the ball ran towards the boundary. Thinking that the ball has reached the boundary and he has smashed a four, Azhar Ali started chit-chatting in the middle of the pitch with his partner Asad Shafiq.

However, in reality the ball stopped just before the boundary and was picked up by Mitchell Starc, who quickly threw the ball towards the wicket-keeper Tim Paine. Tim aggressively took the stumps down to dismiss Azhar Ali, who had no idea what just happened.

Azhar Ali had looked back to see the wicket-keeper, Tim Paine coming towards the stumps but he was too confident on his four that did not even bother trying to run back and just looked at the bails been taken off with a surprised look.
