Fakhar Zaman made his debut in the world of cricket in the year 2017,however, he gained major limelight after his stint against India as he went on to score 114 runs off the 106 balls and since then there has been no turning back.
The ongoing five match series against Zimbabwe, turned out to be the most one sided series ever. Recently, Fakhar Zaman became the first from the nation to score a double century in the ODI series.

Prior to this, Zaman scored 980 runs from 17 matches with an average of 75.38. He became the fastest batsman to complete 1000 runs in the format surpassing the former West Indies cricketer, Sir Vivian Richards, who scored the same in 21 matches. Meanwhile, he also beat Babar Azam, another Pakistani cricketing legend as he became the fastest batsman to score 1000 runs.
