The ongoing ODI series failed to fulfill our expectations of being a thrilled series this time. India has managed to be on the better side right now and are leading the series with 3-0.

The men in blue led by Indian Skipper, Virat Kohli won the first ODI by six wickets. India was successful in chasing 269 runs in 46 overs. In the following match, Indian squad bundled out the Proteas for just 118 runs before chasing down the target bu losing only a single wicket. India continued to give the stunning performance in the third ODI too.

The Indian cricket team scored a massive 303 for 6, riding on the captain Kohli’s stunning knock of 160*. The six-match series of this ODI can well be decided today, in the Johannesburg where both the teams will compete for fourth match.

6. Virat Kohli with the current score of 1029 became the 5th Indian to complete 1000 ODI runs against South Africa. Virat has now scored 1000 ODI runs against South Africa, West Indies, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, and Australia.
