Another rising star in Bangladesh Cricket is Ambrin. Not a player, but an anchor, she has managed to carve a niche for herself. She was one of the top 10 contestants during the Lux Channel I Superstar back in 2007.
She is the sole Bangladeshi anchor for the Bangladesh Premier League and has also done work with other news channels and agencies in her free time. Her popularity skyrocketed post the first edition of the T20 League.
Archana Vijaya:
A popular heartthrob, Vijaya is another anchor who set hearts soaring with her captivating anchoring skill and beauty. She rose to prominence mainly during the IPL and was signed up by Neo Sports during their time broadcasting Indian matches.
She also had her own show called Tour Diary for Extra Cover and Cricket Masala Mar ke. She is now part of the Extraa Innings team that broadcasts every IPL and can be seen doing pitch-side interviews during the games.
