Form is temporary but class is permanent. The cricket mantra stands true for players like AB de Villiers, who might under perform in certain games but when they shine, they just blow everybody away.

AB de Villiers, the Mr 360 degree of world cricket was expected to shine big at Champions Trophy but failed to live upto expectations. Luckily for him and cricket fans, he stayed back in England to lead his South African side against the mighty lions.

Yesterday in the 2nd T20 played at Taunton,  AB de Villiers yet again demonstrated why he is  among the very best in world cricket right now. He demolished the English bowling line up and struck a quick fire 46 off 20 balls propelling his team to a target of 175, which ultimately proved sufficient in the end.

But the highlight of his innings was a six he stuck which sailed over the boundary and into the river. It happened in the 15th over of the match when de Villiers stepped out of the crease and scopped  English bowler David Willey over fine leg for a mammoth six.
