This is how the Bangalore crowd forced Virat Kohli to bowl Ravindra Jadeja

The big crowd at Chinnswamy stadium in Bangalore did something spectacular on Day 2 of the ongoing second Test between India and Australia. India’s left-arm orthodox spinner Ravindra Jadeja had bowled really in the first session but due to some strange reason Virat Kohli didn’t bowl Jadeja after that continued with his fast bowlers and Ravichandran Ashwin.

Ishant and Yadav bowled well but they weren’t able to take wickets. The crowd at Chinnaswamy stadium waited patiently for sometime and then started chanting “We want Jaddu! We want Jaddu” when they saw Ravichandran Ashwin walking towards the bowler’s mark to bowl his next over.

If you slide to 6:55:10 on the timing bar, you can watch the incident happen on Hotstar here.

Suddenly, Virat Kohli signalled Ravindra Jadeja to come and bowl and next moment, Ashwin was seen collecting his cap back from the umpire and walking back to his fielding position. It was the 97th over of the innings and surely one of the memorable ones for the crowd at Chinnaswamy stadium.
