A strike by Bhuvneshwar Kumar headed towards the boundary ropes. However, Pollard was able to cut it off. He jokingly pushed the ball in front of him. Indian skipper MS Dhoni took the the opportunity to steal a run.
MS Dhoni, who is one of the fastest runners between the wickets, accepted Pollard’s invitation and stole a run from nowhere. After this, Pollard was left embarrassed as the crowd started booing him.
Pollard is one of the best fielders in the world and he has one of the strongest arms in the game, but Dhoni took him on and completed the second run in a flash, leaving Pollard red-faced in front of a massive crowd.
