West Indies’ star all-rounder Kieron Pollard smashed SIX SIXES  during an Adelaide Strikers warm-up match at Prince Alfred College today.

Pollard, who know for his big hitting smashed six sixes with utmost ease and made batting look terribly easy. Pollard is gearing up for the Big Bash League, in which he plays for Adelaide Strikers. Although, the bowling attack against which Pollard smashed six sixes didn’t feature any big name, but still hitting six sixes in an over is always a very big achievement.

Kieron Pollard is one of the demanded players in the world, as far as domestic T20 leagues are concerned, and this blistering start will surely give him a lot of confidence before the start of the Big Bash League 2014-15.

Pollard is a very hard-hitter of the cricket ball and he has the potential of finishing the matches single-handedly on his day.

Brad Hodge was standing at the other end and he described Pollard’s hitting as unbelievable. Brad Hodge also said that this is the first time that he saw someone hitting six sixes in an over LIVE.

“I saw Herschel Gibbs hitting sixes on TV, but it was a small ground. This ground is a lot bigger,” Hodge said.

Hodge praised Pollard saying, he is a very good combination of power and skills. Hodge also said that one of his sixes was over 140 meters and it’s one of the biggest sixes that he has ever seen.

“It’s fun watching him. The ease with which he does it is incredible,” Hodge said.
