3 Indian Cricketers Who Are Not Adding Any Value In The T20 World Cup 2022

All teams choose their best 15 players for the world. An attempt has been made to do the same from Team India’s side. But, if you look at Team India’s squad, form and recent performance, you will find that the presence of these 3 players or not was going to make a difference.

Deepak Hooda:

Young batsman Deepak Hooda got a place in the playing XI against South Africa. Deepak Hooda, who came to bat at number-5, could not even open the account, while Rohit Sharma has little faith in his bowling too. Deepak Hooda has played 13 T20 Internationals for India so far in which his bat has scored 293 runs at an average of 36.62.

Dinesh Karthik

Dinesh Karthik:

So far Dinesh Karthik has been a flop in all three matches of the World Cup. Rishabh Pant has a lot of experience playing in Australia and winning matches. On the other hand, Dinesh Karthik does not have experience of batting on Australian pitches. In such a situation, if Team India had chosen a player from Sanju Samson or Ishan Kishan instead of Dinesh Karthik, then it could have been better.

Harshal Patel:

Harshal Patel has not been included in the playing XI in a single match so far in the T20 World Cup 2022. If we look at the recent performance of Harshal Patel, then you will find that he has been beaten up fiercely in the death over in T20 cricket. In such a situation, instead of Harshal Patel, Rohit Sharma and management could have trusted Natarajan or any other bowler.
