In the ongoing 2nd match of Chennai, Dhoni again walked out to bat at no. 8 in the final over and once again stole all the limelight with his outstanding shots. He played a short cameo of 12 off 3 balls, including two brilliant sixes against KL Rahul-led Lucknow Super Giants (LSG).
Dhoni Smashed Back-To-Back Sixes At Chepauk
Launching an all-out attack on premier pacer Mark Wood, CSK skipper Dhoni smashed back-to-back sixes off his deliveries at his home ground Chepauk.
Notably, Chennai is making a return to Chepauk after almost four years and Dhoni made sure to give a treat to his fans.
Thala made a powerful entry on the ground as he smashed a six off the first ball while facing Mark Wood. Not just this, he also smashed the second delivery for a six before he was sent back to the pavilion on the third ball. While the first six flew over 3rd man, on the other hand, the second six was the pull over deep square leg.
