Bollywood actress Athiya Shetty and star Indian batter KL Rahul are now officially married. The couple dated for many years before they finally tied the knot at Suniel Shetty’s Khandala farmhouse. The wedding ceremony began in the afternoon at a farmhouse in a Maharashtra town. The lovebirds made their relationship official the previous year as the Indian cricketer wished his girlfriend Athiya on her birthday with an adorable post for her.
The wedding festivities were spread across three days starting with a sangeet ceremony followed by haldi, mehendi and the wedding. The couple tied the knot around 4 pm on January 23.KL Rahul and Athiya are now officially husband and wife. The wedding was a private affair with close friends and family in attendance. Several Bollywood actors and cricketers including the likes of Anupam Kher, Ishant Sharma, Anshula Kapoor, and Krishna Shroff, among others were spotted entering the wedding venue.
Social media has been all-day with amazing reactions and congratulatory messages from fans and celebrities as everyone was waiting for the first glimpse of the bride and groom.
Meanwhile, hours after getting married, the couple took to their social media and shared their first pictures as husband and wife. Taking to Instagram, Athiya and Rahul shared a joined post with a couple of pictures from their wedding ceremony. Sharing the pictures, Rahul and Athiya wrote:

Earlier in the day, Suniel Shetty and his son Ahan Shetty came out to meet the media and also distributed sweets among them. Both the actors confirmed that the wedding has taken place, and they sought blessings for the newlyweds.
