Deepak Chahar, the young Indian speedster, made a blockbuster entry in International cricket and how. He emerged out as the hero of the third T20I match against Bangladesh. He gave the Men in Blue a much needed solid start with the ball on a good batting pitch, taking India to the victory side in the three-match Twenty20 International series.

He was exceptional with his variations as he delivered his career’s best figures of 6/7 in the final T20I to help India seal the series. Deepak became the first Indian to pick a hat-trick in T20Is and also returned the best-ever bowling figures in T20Is. The skipper, Rohit Sharma pulled the pacer in the death overs and he turned the tables for Men in Blue.

Minutes after the game ended, the social media was flooded with posts and messages appreciating the young speedster of India for his incredible performance. From fans to cricketers, everyone took to their social media and poured in praises for Chahar.

However, there was this one man who was very confident about Chahar’s career and that too 9 years ago, when no one even knew who Deepak Chahar was. Well, Aakash Chopra, the former Indian cricketer has predicted the future of Deepak Chahar in 2010 with a tweet, which is now going viral.

In his tweet, Aakash Chopra wrote how he has spotted a young talent in Rajasthan and then he went on to predict that we all will see him a lot in the future. He wrote:

“@MalhotraSaurabh I’ve spotted a young talent…Deepak Chahar in Rajasthan. Remember his name…you’d see a lot of him in the future :)”
