Ambati Rayudu is an Indian cricketer known for his stylish batting and versatility in the middle order. Rayudu has been a consistent performer in domestic and Indian Premier League (IPL) cricket.

In his post, Ambati Rayudu announced that he will be representing the Mumbai Indians in the upcoming Indian T20 League (IPL) starting from January 20th in Dubai. He stated that participating in professional sports requires him to maintain a politically non-affiliated stance.

As a result, he revealed his decision to quit the YSRCP (Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party) and expressed his intention to stay out of politics for the time being. Rayudu mentioned that further actions and decisions regarding his political involvement would be communicated at a later date. In conclusion, he thanked everyone for their understanding and support. This post indicates Rayudu’s prioritization of his professional cricketing career and his choice to distance himself from political affiliations during this period, emphasizing the need to remain apolitical while actively engaged in the sports arena.

Ambati Rayudu wrote on X: “I Ambati Rayudu will be representing the Mumbai Indians in the upcoming ILt20 from jan 20th in Dubai. Which requires me to be politically non affiliated whilst playing professional sport. This is to inform everyone that I have decided to quit the YSRCP Party and stay out of politics for a little while. Further action will be conveyed in due course of time. Thank You.”
