Chennai Super Kings have the strongest batting line-up among all the other teams however, they have the weakest bowling line-up as well. Last night when the team lost the match, everyone was blaming the poor performance by the bowlers of Chennai Super Kings for the loss.

As the second innings progressed wickets went down at regular intervals, but Joss Buttler remained calm and unbeaten till the last ball. Joss Butler, played an outstanding knock of 95 runs and smashed 11 fours and 2 sixes., which helped the team to chase the target of 177 runs which was given by Chennai Super Kings.

However, there were many chances for CSK to send Buttler back to pavilion. MS Dhoni dropped the catch of Buttler when he was on 80. That could have been the turning point of the match. Although, Dhoni never misses a catch but yesterday it was not his day.
After the match, Dhoni was asked to comment on the match. Talking about what went wrong, Dhoni said:
“I think it is the bowling. We had to bowl one particular length and the bowlers were instructed on what they need to bowl and where they need to bowl. That back of the length was a difficult one to hit. We at least got hit 4-5 boundaries off full length.
What really happens is once you are told what to bowl, you need to be bowling to that area. They need to commit and execute. It is not the planning but the execution that goes haywire. That was a par score or a par plus score. I think the bowlers let us down to some extent.
Looking at the XI that we have on the field, we did well in the field. We can say we can get better, but with the players we have, this is the best we can get. It is important to start delivering when it comes to the planning part.
You just don’t want to qualify into the knockout stages, you have to win games. You also need to adjust to what length to bowl and how to bowl.”

Dhoni should definitely be unhappy in #RRvCSK result. He dropped buttler’s catch. He didn’t accept that volountarily. Surprisingly, no one points that turning point in the game. Dhoni should up his keeping in terms of catching.he is good at stumping though.
