Angry Fans Trolled Chris Lynn After Rohit Sharma’s Run-Out: After a long wait, the much-awaited 2021 edition of the Indian Premier League finally kickstarted with a thrilling match between Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore at the MA Chidambaram Stadium, Mumbai.

As the match kickstarted in Chennai, the skipper of Royal Challengers Bangalore Virat Kohli, who has had a history of losing the toss, left everyone surprised after he won the toss. He opted to bowl first and looked very confident about the game.

Mumbai Indians, skipper Rohit Sharma walked out to bat with all-guns-blazing alongwith Chris Lynn to open the innings for Mumbai Indians. But despite giving a solid start to the game, MI is already a wicket-down against RCB.

Rohit Sharma’s maiden outing in IPL 2021 ended in an unfortunate run-out after a horrible mix-up took place between him and debutant Chris Lynn.

The run-out took place on the sixth ball of the 4th over, bowled by Yuzvendra Chahal when Lynn smashed the leggie towards the cover region. Rohit was keen to run for a single and Lynn almost took off, however, he backed off to sold Rohit’s wicket down the river as after reaching halfway through the pitch, Rohit had no chance of returning back to the crease. Rohit became the victim of Virat Kohli, who fired in the throw.

Meanwhile, social media was soon flooded with reactions to Rohit’s dismissal. While his fans were left heartbroken, on the other hand, there were many who came up with hilarious responses while reacting to Hitman’s dismissal.
