‘Angry Young Man’ Gautam Gambhir Reacts On MS Dhoni’s Army Stint

Former Indian cricketer, Gautam Gambhir hailed the decision of former India captain MS Dhoni to serve the Indian Army. According to Gambhir, Dhoni’s decision will inspire the youth of the country to join the army.

MS Dhoni has made himself unavailable for the upcoming tour of the West Indies, which starts next month. Dhoni will be serving his nation, this time as army personnel. MS Dhoni, who is an Honorary Lieutenant Colonel in the Parachute Regiment of the Territorial Army is all set to serve his unit from July 31 to August 15.

Furthermore, the veteran will be with the unit in the Kashmir Valley as a part of the Victor Force and will be staying with the troops. Dhoni will be taking undertake the duties of patrolling guard and will soon be India’s most loved MS Dhoni will be seen patrolling guard and post duty.

Hailing the legend, Gautam Gambhir termed Dhoni’s army stint as a fantastic move and said that this decision of him proves his dedication towards the nation. He said:

“Dhoni’s decision to join the army is a fantastic move. I have said many times that Dhoni needs to do spend time with the Indian Army if he really wishes to wear the uniform and now by deciding to really serve the army he has proved his dedication”

“This move from Dhoni will motivate thousands of youngsters to join the Indian Army,” Gambhir added.
