Archana Vijaya Reveals The Real Story Behind Her Viral Picture With Virat Kohli

The picture of Virat Kohli “staring at Archana Vijaya’s rugged jeans” went viral on the internet, everybody accused Virat Kohli of checking out Archana. This story was published by one of the leading news portals and it went absolutely viral on the Internet. But. later, when people of the internet realised that they have been mislead by the report.

Now, after many week, Archana Vijaya revealed the real story behind that picture, in an interview to India Today.

 “My first thought was: Oh my God, are people trying that hard to make headlines? Are people so starved to bring people down?” she said in an interview to India Today.

Archana revealed that they were playing a game and Virat Kohli was just trying to cheat by looking at the cue card.

“We were playing a round of rapid fire and the poor guy was just trying to cheat by looking at the cue card. It was the cue card he was looking at,” she added.

Praising Indian captain, Archana said that everybody admire Virat’s discipline and he has such clarity of thought.

“Virat has had such a remarkable growth as a cricketer. We all admire his amazing discipline. He has such clarity of thought and look at what people did.”

Talking about their friendship, Vijaya said that the first thing Virat asked after meeting her was “Dude, where were you last year?”

“When he saw me, he asked, ‘Dude, where were you last year? Welcome back!’ That’s the sort of ease we have.”

Talking about her job, Archana said that women are objectified in India and there is desperate need for changing the mindset.

“In India, women are kind of objectified so you have to make your work load harder. It’s a constant challenge and the mindset needs to change. And the change needs to start at the top,” she concluded.
