Recently, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced the squad for the upcoming Sri Lanka tour. Arjun Tendulkar has been selected by the BCCI selectors for the squad. He impressed one and all with his brilliant performance in the U19 training camp that was held in Dharamsala last week.

According to the reports, Arjun Tendulkar will travel Sri Lanka this month for the tour. The son of legendary cricketer, Sachin Tendulkar will be groomed by Rahul Dravid, who is the coach of U-19.

However, Arjun Tendulkar has been picked only in the squad which will play four-day matches during the tour to Sri Lanka. The team will be led by Delhi wicketkeeper-batsman Anuj Rawat who made his first class debut in the year 2017 and was also a part of U-19  Asia Cup in 2017.

The Indian cricket team is all set to play two 4 days matches in Sri Lanka along with the five One-Day matches.

Arjun Tendulkar has been working a lot on his game, even he pulled out his name  out of the inaugural edition of Mumbai T20 League which took place earlier this year in order to concentrate on his game. Seems like his hard-work is getting paid off now.

We really wish that he does well in the upcoming tour of India to Sri Lanka and give world class performance.
