Arjun Tendulkar Is Getting Trolled Badly And It’s Not Fair

In a need to get a boost to his career, young all-rounder Arjun Tendulkar is leaving no stone unturned. And this might now get a literal meaning as he has taken guidance under Yograj Singh, the former India all-rounder who is known for his strict work ethic.

Son of legendary Indian batsman, Arjun recently moved to the Goa state team for the upcoming 2022-23 domestic season, making the hard decision of leaving his home city team Mumbai. In a bid to get more game-time, and make his first-class debut, Arjun has taken this step. Arjun represented Mumbai in a couple of Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 matches in January last year but didn’t get selected in any game after that.

Now, Arjun has got the services of Yograj Singh, whose famous stories of being a hard taskmaster with his son, Yuvraj Singh, are well known. Yograj’s strict methods maybe severe at times, but Yuvraj’s childhood career success and discipline is credited to his father.

The photos of Yograj Singh having a chat with Arjun and overlooking his training session have gone viral on social media. In the images, the 64-year-old can be seen standing next to youngster and governing his various cricket and fitness drills.

This gave a chance for the netizens to voice their opinions. Some made hilarious jokes while some thought this is a great move by the Tendulkars to have Yograj teach discipline and cricket to the junior Tendulkar.

Has Arjun Tendulkar played in the IPL?

Arjun Tendulkar has been part of the Mumbai Indians squad for the last two seasons but hasn’t made his IPL debut yet. That Arjun barely had any high-level cricket experience also hindered his IPL progress. In the two SMAT matches for Mumbai in 2021. the left-arm pacer picked up two wickets. He was also recently part of Mumbai Indians’ developmental squad, which played T20 games in England
