However, this isn’t the only match when MS Dhoni sealed the game to victory, but he has given fairytale endings to many matches and has earned himself the title of ‘the best finisher’.
Former cricketer and Australia’s head coach Justin Langer said that almost every team in the world is looking out for a finisher’ like MS Dhoni in the limited over the format of the game.
As the Australian cricket team will be taking on the New Zealand cricket team in a three-match ODI series from March 13, it will be a great opportunity for the Aussies to look for a batsman who could play the role of a ‘finisher’ for the team. Talking about the same, Langer said:
“We’ve been fortunate in the past with a Mike Hussey or a Michael Bevan who are masters at it. MS Dhoni is a master of it, Jos Buttler has been brilliant at it for England”
