He is very experienced and has a strike rate of over 130 in T20 Internationals. Dinesh Karthik has 2903 runs in the IPL with the highest score of 86. 

Preference 5: Robin Uthappa

Uthappa would be a consideration for the teams too. He has scored 3778 runs in the IPL and has a hefty strike rate of 131.6 in the shortest format of the game.
