Chennai Super Kings Took A Hilarious Dig At Sanjay Manjrekar After He Was Dropped From Commentary Panel

Former cricketer and veteran commentator Sanjay Manjrekar, who has been a regular feature in tournaments around the world, has now been dropped from the commentary panel by BCCI. He will also not be a part of the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League’s commentary panel.

Sanjay Manjrekar stirred a lot of controversies last year. He was in the news for many wrong and controversial reasons. From calling Ravindra Jadeja a ‘bits and pieces’ cricketers to questioning the credentials if Harsha Bhogle during the live commentary, Sanjay Manjrekar made a lot of fans unhappy with his commentary.
As per the latest reports by Mumbai Mirror,  Manjrekar has been dropped from the BCCI’s commentary panel. Infact, Sanjay Manjrekar wasn’t present at Dharamshala, where the first ODI match between India and South Africa was scheduled to play, however, was called off after rain spoiled the game.
While there’s no clarity over why Sanjay Manjrekar was dropped from the commentary panel, but as per the reports, the BCCI is not happy with his work. A source revealed:
Maybe he will be left out from the IPL panel too. At this stage it is not on top of our mind. But the fact is they are not happy with his work”

In their tweet, Chennai Super Kings took inspiration from the former cricketer’s ‘bits and pieces’ comment about all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja which caused a stir in the cricketing fraternity during the ICC World Cup 2019. Chennai Super Kings wrote:
Need not hear the audio feed in bits and pieces anymore. ??”
