Let us tell you in detail about the sweet love story between Suryakumar Yadav and Devisha Shetty:

Devisha belongs to a South Indian family but lived in Mumbai. Suryakumar and Devisha had met for the first time in 2012 when they attended the same college, R. A. Podar College of Commerce & Economics in Mumbai. They both became good friends quickly and were impressed by each other’s personality traits.

Devisha loved to dance, and Suryakumar’s loved to see her dance. Ever since their college days, the duo supported each other and have been each other’s pillar of strength.

From 2013 to 2015, Devisha worked in ‘The Lighthouse Project’ as a volunteer. She is a trained dancer and later also became a dance coach in Mumbai. Her other hobbies include baking and cooking.

After dating for four years, the couple finally got engaged and married in a typical Indian grand wedding in May 2016. Interestingly, they followed the South Indian traditions in their marriage. Devisha is an avid social media user, and to announce the good news, she shared the pictures from her engagement and marriage ceremonies on her Instagram handle.

In the past few years, as the spotlight on him boomed and fans took more interest in Suryakumar’s life, the India and Mumbai Indians batter has given plenty of credit to Devisha for bringing clarity to his thoughts and helping him during his tough time, especially when he was plundering runs in domestic and IPL cricket, but not getting into the Indian team.
