India Legends thrashed Bangladesh Legends by 10 wickets as the Road Safety World Series kickstarted. After the Indian bowlers made a dominant comeback, Indian legends Virender Sehwag and Sachin Tendulkar ended the game in a blockbuster style.
After winning the toss, Bangladesh legends skipper Mohammad Rafique chose to bat first. Despite giving a good start to their innings, the debutant side could only manage to post a score of 109 runs before losing all wickets in 19.4 overs. The Indian legends displayed a stunning performance and chased down the target of 110 runs in just 10.1 overs without losing any wicket.
Legendary Indian openers Virender Sehwag and Sachin Tendulkar made everyone nostalgic displayed a powerful performance as they chased down in the familiar fashion. While Sehwag was seen in his trademark form, on the other hand, Tendulkar gave a decent performance.
Both the cricketers started smashing the bowlers from the word go. Sehwag completed his half-century in only 20 balls. Sehwag remained unbeaten at 80 runs off 35 balls, where he smashed 10 fours and 5 sixes as he finished the game with a sixer to Khaled Mahmud. On the other hand, Sachin Tendulkar scored 33 not out off 26 balls, where he smashed 5 boundaries.

Earlier, the Indian bowlers displayed a dominating comeback. While Pragyan Ojha (2/12), Yuvraj Singh (2/15) and Vinay Kumar (2/25) got two wickets each, on the other hand, Manpreet Gony (1/19) and Yusuf Pathan (1/3) bagged one wicket each.
