CSK vs GT: The 2023 edition of the Indian Premier League has finally kicked off in a blockbuster way with glamour and glitz in the opening ceremony at the iconic Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. India’s superstar singer Arijit Singh graced the stage at the opening ceremony, leaving everyone mesmerized with his soulful voice.

MS Dhoni Grooved To Arijit’s Tunes

As Arijit enchanted the crowd at the venue with his magic, the fans went berserk as the legendary captain MS Dhoni grooved to Arijit’s performance in the dugout. Dhoni enjoyed the singer’s tunes as he donned the Yellow jersey.

The video of the same has been going viral on the internet and has left everyone in awe of the legendary player, who is returning back to action after an year.

This also confirmed his appearance in the opener against Gujarat Titans.

For the unversed, ahead of the game, there were speculations regarding MS Dhoni’s participation in the Chennai Super Kings‘ opening clash against Gujarat Titans as it was reported that he had a niggle; the CSK captain didn’t bat during the practice session on Thursday.

Meanwhile, the ongoing edition of the IPL is slated to be very special for Dhoni and CSK fans as it is widely expected to be Dhoni’s last season. Dhoni and his squad would be hoping to make a strong comeback after enduring a poor season last year as they finished ninth in the 2022 season with only four wins in 14 matches.
