The Coronavirus pandemic has forced the cricketers around the world to stay indoors and maintain social media. Cricket events and tournaments around the world have either been suspended or canceled. Had it not been Coronavirus, most of the cricketers around the world would have been locking their horns with others in the Indian Premier League 2020, which was suspended in order to contain the outspread of the disease.
As cricketers are forced to spend their time indoors, cricketers are spending most of their time on social media and are indulging in interactive sessions on Instagram. Several cricketers are coming up with their all-time favorite XI. The latest one to join the bandwagon is the Australian star cricketer David Warner.
David Warner recently went live with popular Indian commentator and analysts Harsha Bhogle for Cricbuzz, where the two talked about many things about cricket. During the live conversation, David Warner also named all-time Indian Premier League (IPL) XI.

While picking his all-time Indian Premier League (IPL) XI, David Warner left out many superstars of cricket world like Shane Watson, Lasith Malinga, and Yuvraj Singh. He picked Rohit Sharma,  Virat Kohli, and Mitchell Starc to fill the top-order of his team. For the no.4 position and picked  CSK stalwart, Suresh Raina.
For no.5 and no.6 he picked big-hitting all-rounders, Hardik Pandya and Glenn Maxwell. For the wicket-keeping position, David Warner picked MS Dhoni to bat at no.7. Australian cricketer Mitchell Starc comes in at no.8 while MI fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah comes next at no.9. For no.10 position, he picked  Ashish Nehra but he got confused between Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal for the no.11 spot.

Furthermore, David Warner also opened up about the similarities between he shares with Virat Kohli on the show. He expressed:
“I can’t speak for Virat, obviously, but it’s almost like we got this thing in us when we go (out to the middle) we need to prove people wrong, prove someone wrong. If you’re in that contest, and if I’m going at him for example, you’re thinking, ‘Alright, I’m going to score more runs than him, I’m going to take a quick single on him’.
He added:
“You are trying to better that person in that game. That’s where the passion comes from,”
