David Warner Wrote A Special Tweet For His Idol AB de Villiers

AB de Villiers or Mr.360 once again came to Royal Challengers Bangalore’s rescue as he played a powerful knock of 75 runs off 42 balls to propel RCB’s total against Delhi Capitals to 171 at the Narendra Modi Stadium.

de Villiers walked out to bat after the quick departure of skipper Virat Kohli and Devdutt Padikkl. Though he started off slow, however, soon he stitched a significant partnership alongside Rajat Patidar as the duo scored 50 runs together from both ends.




After Patidar’s dismissal, AB de Villiers switched gears to power his side to a competitive total. In the last over of the game bowled by Marcus Stoinis, AB went all-guns-blazing and smashed 23 runs causing a storm at the Narendra Modi Stadium.

During his knock, AB de Villiers achieved another milestone in his career as he crossed the 5000-run mark in IPL. He also became the quickest to reach 5000 runs in the Indian Premier League in terms of ball faced. He only took 3288 balls to complete 5000 runs. Second on this list is Sunrisers Hyderabad’s skipper David warner, followed by Suresh Raina.
