Australia’s superstar batter David Warner has time and again expressed love and admiration for India. The southpaw is a fan-favourite in the country and over the years, he has immersed himself in Indian culture. Warner, who has a big fan following on Instagram, posts things related to India regularly and the Indian fans are well aware of his admiration for the country’s food, movies, songs, and many more cultural aspects of the country.

David Warner Penned A Special Post On Chandrayaan-3

In his latest Instagram post, David Warner congratulated India on the historic achievement of having Chandrayaan 3 make a landing on the moon. India became the first nation in the world to make a soft landing on the moon’s south pole and the fourth country overall in the world to land on the lunar surface on Wednesday, August 23rd. The Indian Space Research Organization’s Chandryaan-3 spacecraft has successfully landed after a 30-day space voyage that began at the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota.

David Warner took to his social media and shared a picture of the satellite with the Indian flag and wrote:

“Pretty special this, well done India 👌”

Earlier, several players celebrated the historic event on the field, several cricketers including the likes of Virat Kohli, Cheteshwar Pujara, Hardik Pandya, KL Rahul, and many others took to their social media and congratulated ISRO on the successful completion of the mission.

India’s batting superstar Virat Kohli took to his social media and congratulated the entire team of Chandrayaan 3. He wrote:

“Many congratulations to the #Chandrayaan3 team. You have made the nation proud 🇮🇳 Jai Hind!”
