In a shocking incident, the wife of Indian player Deepak Chahar — Mrs. Jaya Bhardwaj has duped INR 10 lakhs on the pretext of business. A case has been registered in the Hari Parvat police station in Agra by the cricketer’s father Lokendra Chahar. Allegedly, Dhruv and Kamlesh Pareek, hailing from Hyderabad, are the two primary suspects in the case. One of the accused was formerly an official with the Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA).
According to FIR, October 7, 2022, the two accused allegedly absconded with ten lakh rupees. The duo is yet to return any of the funds. Furthermore, reports indicate that the accused also verbally abused Chahar’s family and issued threats when they were asked to return the money.
The FIR states that the Chahar family has been threatened to kill for demanding the money back. Sections of abuse along with threatening to kill have also been added to the FIR. It is being told that Jaya is a resident of Delhi. The police have started an inquiry and investigation into this matter and the police are also collecting information about the owners of the firm.

Deepak Chahar, who is a tar player for the Chennai Super Kings in the Indian Premier League (IPL), made a romantic gesture after a match against the Punjab Kings (PBKS) on October 7, 2021 – he proposed to his girlfriend.
“When I met you first time I felt that you are the one and I was right . We have enjoyed every moment of our life together and I promise you to keep you always happy like this. One of the best moment of my life. Everyone pls give your blessings to us ,” Chahar had posted on Instagram after his marriage.
