Senior India leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal turned 33 years of age on Sunday, July 23, 2023. Wishes poured in on social all day for the India and Rajasthan Royals leg-spinner from all quarters as Chahal has friends outside the cricket fraternity as well.

One special wish came from, of course, Yuzi’s wife, Dhanashree Verma, who is a popular Instagram influencer and YouTuber famously known for her dancing.

Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree Verma got married in December 2020 and have been happily married sine.

Yuzi’s wife took to Instagram to post 5 images of the couple from a photoshoot. She wrote a romantic message in the post for Chahal on his 33rd birthday.

“Today & everyday is special 🤍
Happy birthday
Your kind heart deserves the best of everything always.
I wish all the good things you do for your people comes back to you with immense happiness in your life.
Rab ka banda…. Aur humara sabse special person 🤍
The name I love to say always… YUZI” Dhanashree Verma wrote, adding 5 romantic pictures of the pair.

Chahal to be next seen in action against West Indies

Chahal had made his India debut in ODIs and T20Is back in 2016. He has featured in 72 ODIs and 75 T20Is, picking up 121 and 91 wickets respectively in the two formats. Chahal is India’s leading wicket-taker in T20Is and the all-time top wicket-taker in the IPL history.

Coming to his current situation, Yuzvendra Chahal will next be seen in action in the ODI and T20I series against West Indies. India will take on West Indies in 3 ODIs and 5 T20Is.

Chahal is fighting for a spot in the ODI XI with Axar Patel and fellow leg-spinner Kuldeep Yadav. Chahal was a crucial part of India’s 2019 World Cup team, but lost the faith afterward with the management. He didn’t feature in any of the last two T20 World Cups, and now doesn’t have a certain place in the ODI side as well.
