Dinesh Karthik Trolled Hardik Pandya On Instagram Live: With a lockdown forced in the entire country, all the sporting activities have taken a massive hit after being suspended in an aftermath of COVID-19. Even the IPL 2020, which was scheduled to take place during the Indian summer, has been postponed indefinitely by the Indian cricket board. In such a situation, cricketers have become more active on social media in a bid to connect with their fans.

Recently, KKR skipper Dinesh Karthik hosted an Instagram live session with the Pandya brothers. It was a fun session as the trio reminisced some old memories shared in the past few years. While sharing such funny stories, Krunal Pandya brought an old picture of his younger brother and showed it to Karthik.

Karthik trolls Hardik’s 13-year old picture

The veteran wicket-keeper couldn’t resist but trolled Hardik’s funny picture. In the picture, Hardik could be seen with his hair dyed. On seeing the image, Karthik said, it looks like eating some tobacco spit on you…It was indeed a funny remark that left each of them in splits. While on most occasions Karthik might come across as a serious personality, this Instagram session revealed a funny side to his character.

While the session was majorly witty, they as well discussed the possibility of playing the IPL behind closed doors. Hardik was quite keen in putting across his views of proceeding with the marquee tournament despite some major restrictions.

“It will be completely different.” We are used to playing in front of a crowd. This brings a sense of competition. I have also played in the Ranji Trophy without an audience. It is a different feeling. To be honest, IPL can happen behind closed doors. This will be a smart option. At least people will be entertained at home “, Hardik mentioned.

The trio even chatted on their IPL experience playing for their respective franchises in the T20 tournament. While Karthik has been captaining KKR for the last two seasons, the Pandya brothers form an integral part of the Mumbai Indians’ setup at the IPL.
